  How Do I Get A $50 Gas Card?
  1. First, take a look at the SECAT Referral Program Rules and Exemptions.


  2. The applicant (the person you referred to the SECAT program) must fill out the SECAT Referral Form stating you as the "Referrer" and sign it.

  3. The completed and signed SECAT Referral Form must be mailed or faxed to:

  4. Call one of the following Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD) staff for help with the referral form.
